Magic Castle Hotel Review:
One million star rating
My 8-year-old daughter said this place deserves "one million star rating". All businesses could learn about making a customer's experience beyond their expectations from this staff.
"If you have kids, don't stay anywhere else in L.A."
This may have been the best hotel experience in all my travels. hats off to the staff - unbelievable generosity. You met every request with a smile. I want to come back to LA just to come here. I can't say enough about this place. If you have kids, don't stay anywhere else in LA.
